1. The service
Watchtower is a public-source, model-assisted awareness and decision-support platform. It organizes market, geopolitical, infrastructure, weather, health, freight, legal and OSINT information. Coverage, update speed and availability vary by source.
2. No professional advice
Watchtower does not provide financial, investment, legal, medical, safety, emergency or other professional advice. Information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. You remain responsible for verifying material information and for every decision made using the service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that defeats plan limits, attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape it abusively or use it unlawfully.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Current public pricing is $29 USD per month or $250 USD per year. The final amount and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Payments are processed by PayPal or another identified provider. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected interval according to the provider checkout unless cancelled. Cancellation prevents a future renewal and normally leaves access available through the paid period; it does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Billing-management options may be available inside Watchtower; you may also contact admin@watchtower.technology. Refund and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and any terms shown before payment. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
5. Sources and third parties
The service links to and processes information from third parties. Those services have their own terms, licenses, attribution requirements and availability. A link, record or source state does not imply endorsement. Watchtower may change, suspend or remove a source or feature when necessary.
6. Intellectual property
Watchtower's software, design, branding and original presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party data remains subject to its original rights and licenses. You may use ordinary reports and exports for your own lawful internal purposes, but may not resell the service or misrepresent its output as independently verified without written permission.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, prediction accuracy, investment returns or any particular outcome. Features, limits, pricing and these terms may change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or other reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchtower Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of or reliance on the service, third-party sources or unavailable data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for unlawful use, abuse, security risk, nonpayment or material violation of these terms. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.
